Rules
Introduction
The game of badminton requires a court, racket and badminton. Badminton can be played with 2 or 4 players. All age level layers either boys or girls can play badminton. Badminton can also be played for fun fill free time or competitively. There is an event team and individual. In an individual event that is a single men and women, men's and women's doubles and mixed doubles. Thomas Uber Cup and Sudirman Cup are team events. The winner can choose to initiate a serve, receive a serve or choose a court square. The loser will receive the choice the next one.
The rules and laws of the game of badminton are set by the IBF
World Badminton Player Ranking System Player points calculation system Badminton for the world ranking is divided into five disciplines namely men's singles, women's singles, men's doubles, doubles women's and mixed doubles. Player position status certified by Badminton of World Federation (BWF).
Here is the point calculation system for singles players and doubles:
★ Successfully collect points for world ranking in the tournament which is accompanied.
★ Qualifying for the Olympics and world championships as well calculated based on the position of the world.
★ Participating in world championships will earn you a lot of points if you win.
★ Featured players are viewed through world rankings.
★ The sum of points for the world ranking for each player will increase when they participate in two or more tournaments in 12 months a year.
★ Participate in every tournament and win in that tournament accompanied.
Starting the Game
♠ The winner can choose to start serving, receive serve or choose a court square.
♠ To start a game, a draw is made first first. Badminton or shillings can be used in the draw.
Time off
Once any player or partner reaches 11 points, break for 60 seconds will be given. Rest between games for two minutes given when a game ends.
Point Counting System
♣ The point count system in a normal game is 21 rally points the best of three games.
♣ Points will be awarded to whichever player wins rally.
♣ A difference of 2 points is required to win. Otherwise, the game continued to 29-29. First player/pair to reach 30 points is counted as the winner.
♣ In doubles events if the points are even the player on the right side will service and vice versa.
♣ The sum of points for the world ranking for each player will increase when they participate in two or more tournaments within 12 months of the year.
♣ In singles events if players get even points serve is done on the right side of the player's court and vice versa.
Re-Service
♤ Can't delay serving after swinging the racket back.
♤ The player who serves and receives the serve does not allowed to step on the court line.
♤ Both feet always touch the court floor and in a constant state.
♤ The cork part of the badminton should be touched first during make service
♤ Badminton must be below waist and trunk level (shaft) must point down when servicing.
♤ Service is done after the recipient is ready. or shillings can be used in the draw.
Re-Service (Let)
♦ The recipient is not ready and does not try.
♦ The servicer and the receiver are at fault simultaneously.
♦ Badminton sticks to the net after passing the net.
♦ During the game, the cork on the badminton came off.
♦ Players are being harassed by the opposing coach.
♦ The referee could not make a decision. Point counting system in a normal game is 21 points rally the best of three games.
Ban For Players
╄ Don't intentionally slow down the game.
╄ Do not intentionally damage or modify the badminton for change speed.
╄ Not stepping on the line while serving, touching the net or the player touches the billboard.
╄ Do not behave rudely.
╄ Do not leave the court without the referee's permission.
In the event that it happens
ᔜ Touching the net or post with a limb, racket or clothes.
ᔜ The racket passes over or under the net and interferes with the parties opponent.
ᔜ Disturbing the opponent with loud shouts or using hand signals.
